Work Scope:
-Receive and answer phone in professional way
-Greet visitors as first contact point in professional way-settle the visitor, notice site employee
-Coordinate with transportation and canteen supplier to ensure service level
-Meeting room management including room availability overall management, availability of facilities/equipments in meeting rooms etc.
-Stationary Management including distribution, stock management
-Receive and distribute company mails, subscription accurately.
-Other supporting works e.g. employee badge making, tickets booking etc.
职位要求:
1、英语简单沟通;
2、身高160CM以上;
3、熟悉办公软件的操作;
4、普通话标准,声音甜美;
